RTTI was founded in October 1992 by Rhonda Weinmeister, Samantha Jacobs, and Bill Vendl. Collectively, these three leaders have over eighty years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry!

Rhonda has been in the travel and hospitality industry since 1983, while Bill has been traveling the globe for many years for both personal and professional opportunities. In turn, Samantha “grew up” in this industry—running a business that deployed cutting-edge techniques and processes in vendor management and technology in daily operations. Her customer service background has taught her ways of managing and collaborating with a broad range of individuals—in the US and abroad.

Unlike firms that experience a revolving door of leadership and staff, this group of focused and committed professionals has been working together since its inception. Our unique ability to collaborate and capitalize on one another’s strengths results in customized solutions, compared with the formulaic approaches relied upon by other vendors.
